The stand rent is from € 295,-/m²

Inline stand (= 1 side free, 3 walls): € 295,-/m²
Corner stand (= 2 sides free, 2 walls): € 345,-/m²
Head stand (= 3 sides free, 1 rear wall): € 345,-/m²
Block stand (= 4 sides free, no wall space): € 345,-/m²

Wall space (no stand): € 490,- per invention

It is also possible to rent only one wall space (100 x 100 cm) for the exhibition of plans, drawings, descriptions, etc. A wall space is not an exhibition stand.

Participation in the iENA is also possible if the exhibitor cannot be present during the iENA. Unless the exhibitor carries out this work himself, the exhibits will be unpacked, set up, cleaned, packed and handed over to the exhibition forwarding agent for return.

New products that are already on the market may not be exhibited as inventions at the iENA!

Catalogue iENA 2026 - for your international contacts

A limitation of the exhibits is reserved (please see § 3 General Terms and Conditions for Exhibitions of the FAMA).

This entry appears in the alphabetical exhibitors’ list and in the alphabetical index of product groups as well. These entries cost a total of € 50.00 (€ 75.00 from 29.08.2026) for each invention/innovation. Optionally this entry appears in the online exhibitor search as well (see below).

Once you have registered, you will receive a separate document at the email address you provided. Your inventions must be registered using this inventor list. The nomenclature and TRL (Technical Readiness Level) must be entered in this list.
Without this information, the jury will NOT be able to evaluate your invention!

Online list of exhibitors

In addition to the printed catalogue, there is an online list of exhibitors. We will only publish your company’s name or rather your name as well as your invention and the sectors. The entry in the online exhibitor list is optionally and occurs only if you give us your consent on Formular B.

With this information, visitors can inform themselves in advance about what iENA has to offer and plan their visit to the trade fair.

Application for a short presentation - your invention on the iENA stage

Take the opportunity to present your invention to an international audience on Saturday or Sunday, 31 October/1 November 2026.

For this purpose, a time window of 20 minutes will be available to you. Please note that the number of presentations is limited.

Presentation slot € 50.00 net/20 minutes .
