Stand construction package type BASIC (from 4 m²) without furniture

The stand rent is from € 290,-/m²

Row stand (= 1 side free, 3 walls): € 290,-/m²
Corner stand (= 2 sides free, 2 walls): € 340,-/m²
Head stand (= 3 sides free, 1 rear wall): € 340,-/m²
Block stand (= 4 sides free, no wall space): € 340,-/m²

System wall elements (stand partition walls, white), height 2.50 m with mesh panel 30 cm
Blue carpet
DIN A4 sign with short description of the invention/innovation (as specified by you) in German and English

If you have furniture requirements such as a chair or table, you can order these using the registration form!

Panel incl. labelling (1.50m x 0.30m): plus € 102,- net

If you require a power connection, this can be ordered via the service manual.

Wall space: € 450,- per invention

It is also possible to rent only one wall space (100 x 100 cm) for the exhibition of plans, drawings, descriptions, etc. A wall space is not an exhibition stand.

Participation in the iENA is also possible if the exhibitor cannot be present during the iENA. Unless the exhibitor carries out this work himself, the exhibits will be unpacked, set up, cleaned, packed and handed over to the exhibition forwarding agent for return.

New products that are already on the market may not be exhibited as inventions at the iENA!

Catalogue iENA 2024 - for your international contacts

We reserve the right to restrict the number of exhibits for admission (see § 3 FAMA Trade Fair Terms and Conditions)

The catalogue entry is made once in the alphabetical list of exhibitors and additionally sorted by specialist group. In addition to the full address, it includes a brief description of the exhibited invention(s) in German/English.

For this, € 45,- + VAT per invention/novelty will be charged (€ 65,- from 31.8.2024). If desired, the title of your invention will also appear in the online list of exhibitors.

As all exhibitors/inventors are listed in the iENA catalogue with their full address, interested parties can contact the inventor/exhibitor directly and are not dependent on the trade fair management to act as an intermediary.

Online list of exhibitors

In addition to the catalogue, there is an online list of exhibitors. Only the company or, in the case of private individuals, the name, the title of the invention and the industry are published. Entry in the online exhibitor directory is voluntary and only takes place if consent has been given in the application on Form B.

With this information, visitors can inform themselves in advance about what iENA has to offer and plan their visit to the trade fair.

HE Zhenfu, CAI China Association of Inventions

HE Zhenfu, Vice President of the CAI China Association of Inventions, was in Nuremberg in person and opened the Inventors' Fair 2023 with a welcoming address. He was very satisfied with the course of the anniversary fair: “The 75th Nuremberg Trade Fair for Ideas, Inventions and Innovations (iENA) is a unique international event for inventions and innovations. China’s inventions were a fair highlight. As an official partner of the iENA 2023, China received high praise from the fair’s organisers and the public for 80 high-quality innovations from 15 universities, six research institutions and 25 companies. Some investors and companies have already shown great interest in various inventions and their commercial exploitation. In the future, the China Association of Inventions (CAI) will continue to promote cooperation with the iENA and provide high-quality inventions and innovations, commercialisation of achievements and international exchange services for innovation institutions, companies, universities and inventors in China and Germany. Congratulations on the great success of this exhibition!”

China was partner of iENA in 2023.

Chairman of the jury, Prof. Dr. Oliver Mayer (Bayern Innovativ), praised the inventions’ quality: “With over 500 inventions and innovations presented from every area of technology, the iENA offers a wonderful overview of the products of tomorrow.”

Manuel Vogel, Student Research Centre South Württemberg SFZ

Manuel Vogel, educational director at the Schülerforschungszentrum Südwürttemberg (SFZ), made it possible for student inventors to take part in the iENA and helped them prepare for their attendance: “The iENA was a complete success for our youth inventors again this year. Specialist discussions on an equal footing with experts from the relevant fields, a wide range of feedback from interested visitors and talking with youth inventors from all over the world in person once again provided a special setting. As in previous years, contact with an interested company might now form the basis for founding a start-up for a product presented by the youth inventors. That is of course a highlight”.

Wolfgang Müller, Steinbeis-Transferzentrums Infothek

Wolfgang Müller is Head of the Steinbeis Transfer Centre Infothek and was at the Steinbeis Lounge at the iENA with a number of inventors: “Overall, we can look back on a successful fair – our goals have been achieved. Many of the exhibitors found co-operation partners, with some receiving specific enquiries for quantities of their products in the five-digit range. The topic of product acceptance in particular was confirmed for many projects, and ideas from visitors taken on board. Negotiations with investors have been agreed for the period after the trade fair”.
